When you register via Firebase Authentication, we collect:

• Phone Number (for authentication and updates)
• User's Name (as provided in profile)
• Profile Picture (optional)

1.2 Device & Permission Data

To provide functional agricultural services, Fasal Seva requires the following permissions:

• Location (GPS): Required to fetch hyper-local satellite data (NDVI), weather forecasts, and soil type mapping for your specific farm coordinates.
• Bluetooth (BLE): Required to connect wirelessly to Fasal Seva Soil Sensors (NPK & Moisture devices). We do not store Bluetooth scanning data; it is only used for live connection.
• Microphone: Required for the Gemini Live voice assistant feature, allowing you to ask questions in your native language. Audio is processed for the query and not permanently stored.
• Camera & Gallery: Required for the Crop Doctor feature to analyze leaf images for disease detection.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data strictly for:

• Providing accurate irrigation and nutrient recommendations
• Connecting your app to your physical hardware sensors
• Translating your voice queries into actionable farming advice
• Delivering real-time weather updates and alerts for your field location
• Generating satellite-based crop health analysis (NDVI, NDWI, NDRE)
• Sending critical alerts (storm warnings, pest outbreaks)

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Your farm data (coordinates, crop type) may be processed by our AI providers (Google Gemini) solely for generating answers to your specific queries. All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).

4. Data Storage

• Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (AWS/Firebase)
• We use encryption in transit and at rest
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We regularly review and update our security practices

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data

• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data via the "Delete Account" option in app settings or by contacting us
